Returns :
We do not accept returns on any meat items once delivered. This is to maintain strict quality control and avoid any contamination risks.
However, we are committed to resolving any valid issues related to:
* Wrong product delivered
* Damaged packaging
* Spoiled or poor-quality meat upon delivery
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds :
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
* You received the wrong item
* The product was damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery
* Your order was cancelled before dispatch
* We are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances
* If the product is defective or damaged please return within 24hours with unboxing video.
*Once we verify the return product we will credit the refund to original payment methode within 6-7 days.
No Refunds/Returns For:
* Delayed delivery due to incorrect address or phone number provided
* Change of mind after order dispatch
* Failure to collect the order at the time of delivery
* Complaints raised beyond 2 hours of delivery time
