3.Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either:

* Adjust your bill
* Issue a refund for the unavailable item

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at checkout.

* Delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

* Orders are accepted from **7:00 AM to 7:00 PM** only
* Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed the next day
* Orders can only be cancelled **before dispatch**
* Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including technical errors, fraud suspicion, or delivery limitations.

6. Delivery

We strive to deliver your order on time, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, high volume, etc.).

* You are responsible for being available at the delivery address during the selected time slot
* Failure to accept delivery may result in the order being marked as delivered with **no refund issued**

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

* We do not accept returns
* Refunds are offered only for valid issues such as wrong item, spoiled product, or failed delivery
* All complaints must be reported **within 2 hours** of delivery with photo evidence

8. Use of Website

You agree not to:

* Misuse the website or commit fraud
* Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools to interfere with our systems
